Every Ganesh Puja committee runs into the same problem in the last week before the puja: someone has to sit down and design a donation receipt book, and it usually gets rushed. This pack has 5 ready-made money receipt designs for exactly that job, so you can print committee-ready receipts without opening Illustrator from scratch or handing it off to a designer at the last minute.
What's in the Pack
Five separate receipt layouts, each with a different look and language:
- Two in English, red-and-gold festival theme, with a large Ganesh idol photo and a duplicate/counterfoil section on the left so the donor and the committee both keep a copy
- Three in Odia script ("ଶ୍ରୀ ଗଣେଶ ପୂଜା କମିଟି"), covering three different visual styles: a warm gold temple-arch background, a bold black-and-teal illustrated Ganesh, and a softer watercolor-style Ganesh on a notebook-paper background
- Every design has the standard fields committees actually need: receipt number, date, donor name and address, amount in figures and words, payment mode (Cash/UPI/Cheque), purpose line, and separate donor and receiver signature boxes
Because there are three Odia layouts with distinct color palettes, a committee can pick the one that matches their pandal's banner and stage decoration instead of using whatever's left over.

Editing These Receipts
Every text field, committee name, address, receipt number, amount lines, sits on its own labeled text layer, so renaming "Sahid Nagar, Janpath Road" to your own committee's address is a two-click job. If you're switching a design from English to your local language or the other way round, keep the font at the size given in the layer. The Odia layouts especially were spaced tightly around the joint letters, and blowing the font size up can push text out of its box.
For printing, these are set at 10x4 inches, which is the standard receipt-book size most local printers already stock, so you can hand over the print-ready PDF or JPG export without extra size conversations at the print shop.
Who This Pack Is For
Ganesh Puja committees, youth clubs, and local puja samitis collecting cash or UPI donations who want a receipt that looks as organized as the pandal itself, not a photocopied register page. It also works well if your committee runs the same puja every year and wants to keep one consistent receipt design going forward instead of reprinting a new one from a generic online sample each season.
FAQ
Can I add my own committee's name and logo instead of the ones shown?
Yes, the sample text ("Ganesh Puja Comittee", "Wolves Youth Team", etc.) is on separate layers, so replace it with your committee name and drop your own logo in without touching the background art.
I only use Cash, not UPI or Cheque, can I remove those words from the payment line?
Yes, "By CASH / UPI / Cheque" is regular text, not a locked graphic, so delete the modes you don't accept.
Do I need the paid version of Photoshop, or does the free trial work?
Any Photoshop CS6 or newer install works, including the free trial. The file doesn't use any plugin or feature outside standard Photoshop tools.
Can I print this at a local press, or does it need a specific printer?
Any local offset or digital press that prints receipt books can use this. Export as PDF at 300 DPI and it'll be ready for their machine.
Is there a Hindi version, or only Odia and English?
This particular pack has Odia and English only. If enough committees ask for Hindi, that's easy to add in a future update.
